DIGITAL LEARNING DAYS
There are NO Required assignments for the days we are missing. However, I am putting some options for you if you want to continue lifting while we are not at school.
1) For those who have weights at home and a spotter, I have downloaded our current program.
2) For those who do not have weights, I have downloaded a body weight circuit.
Digital Learning Days are also a great opportunity for those of you who need to do MAKE-UP ASSIGNMENTS. Please use the instructions below.
At Home Make-Up Work
You have a couple of Options
1. You can write a 1/2 article summary on any strength or conditioning topic for each day you have been absent from school. Do not copy and please include the web site address.
2. Participate in a physical in a physical fitness activity for at least 30 minutes and write it down as a journal.
Sample Exercise Journal:
Day One: Walked 45 minutes
Day Two: Body Weight Circuit Day 1
Day Three: Rode Bike 30 Minutes
Day Four: P90X workout video
Day Five: Body Weight Circuit Day 2
*Each Activity Equals Make-Up Credit for One Day
*The 5 Day example above would be for an entire 5 day week
